Churches Planting Churches

At the most recent Churches Planting Churches Conference (hosted on March 6-7, 2014  by the Minnesota South District at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Plymouth), District congregations, as well as congregations from the Minnesota North District,  received guidance from The Center for U.S. Mission's Executive Director, Peter Meier, on how to start new ministries, new sites, and new church plants. Experience shows that new ministries and new church starts are the most effective and efficient approaches for introducing non-Jesus followers to their Lord. This is why all pastors and congregations should plan and implement a new outreach effort designed,  specifically,  for reaching unsaved people. Minnesota South District staff members stand ready to help congregations determine how best to do this in their particular ministry contexts and communities.
