Prayers of the Month

Thank You, Heavenly Father, for bringing us to the start of another new year. Our times and seasons are gifts from You and are in Your hands. Nevertheless, You grant us great freedom to order the days and weeks and months in front of us according to the desires of our hearts. Help us, therefore, in the coming year, to make wise choices and set worthy and worthwhile goals for the way we live out our lives in Your Kingdom. Make Your priorities our priorities. Make Your desires our desires. Make Your will our will. So may we invest our days and weeks and months in things that matter and in matters that are eternal. In the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior, we ask it. Amen. 

Blessed are You, Epiphany Lord, for opening up Your Church to everyone, no matter to whom they were born, where they are from, or what they look like. Use us to shine Your Gospel light into the lives of the nations coming to our country and moving into our neighborhoods, so that, by the power of Your Spirit, many believe and are saved. In Your Name we pray. Amen. 

Great and marvelous are Your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are Your ways, King of the ages. Who will not fear You, O Lord, and bring glory to Your Name? For You alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed. Amen.
